Service and support is the very foundation of Spencer Sight & Sound. This includes professional Installation, after the sale customer support, and calibration. All of this by knowledgeable and highly trained technicians. More than half of all of our installations are generated by customer referrals. We believe that pleasing the customer results in referral sales. This means that the job performed in your home and the picture you see on your TV display are of great importance because this is our show piece as well as your home theater system. Each project is a priority to us. The competition believes that heavy deceptive advertising, moving volume out the door, and throwing the words "customer care" around is success.
